Welcome to Reductio ad Absurdum! This site was made as a project for my Creative Writing 198 class.

An open letter to all bloggers:
The Internet is a free community of rational people. Our capacity for rationalization is the basis of mankind's equality under the liberal system. Therefore all individuals in the internet have the capacity to know when something is meant as a spoof or a satire, and will therefore not be offended by any such content used for harmless, humorous purposes.

It must be so, because if Internet users do not use their innate capacity for rationalization, the entire system of democracy and equal rights for all will crumble and go 'pffft'.

All bloggers are internet users, so therefore they must also be rational beings.

[Which is, as a conclusion, patently absurd.]
